- Carbohydrate, protein, and fat-balanced diet – All three nutrients are present in it and our body gets all the essential nutrients from it.
- A balanced diet of fruits and vegetables – It includes fruits and vegetables which provide vitamins, minerals, and fiber to our body.
- Milk products Balanced diet – It includes milk products like curd, buttermilk, paneer, etc. which provide protein, calcium, and vitamin D to our body.
- Vitamin and Mineral Balanced Diet – This includes foods that provide various vitamins and minerals like iron, calcium, vitamin C, etc.
- Fiber-balanced diet – This includes foods high in fiber such as cereals, fruits, vegetables, and pulses. Fiber keeps your digestive system healthy, keeps you from feeling hungry, and prevents most diseases.
- Poorly balanced diet – does not include meat, fish, eggs, and milk products. It is also called a vegetarian or vegan diet.
- Sattvic Balanced Diet – This includes mostly natural and sattvic foods such as fruits, vegetables, cereals, ghee, and milk. This diet helps in enhancing physical and mental health.
